The following documents are the November 29, 2017 opinion and the December 22, 2017 and January 18, 2018 Orders, from the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania in the case of Anthonee Patterson vs. Kenneth Shelton in which the Court, after 10 years of litigation “…confirmed the arbitrator’s award and entered judgment in favor of Patterson and against Shelton.” (See Page 12)
That judgment, recorded as an Order in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas on April 17, 2007, provides: All property of the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ of the Apostolic Faith heretofore held by the trustees of the General Assembly of the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ of the Apostolic Faith, Inc. overseen by Kenneth N. Shelton, President and those trustees serving with him be and hereby is DECREED transferred to the Trustees of the General Assembly of the Church of the Lord Jesus Christ of the Apostolic Faith, Inc., under President Patterson’s control and responsibility as receiver.
